Workers who stay in the hostels are not allowed to leave the factory premises freely. Permission to receive visits has to be requested on forehand. Workers are not allowed to have a mobile phone. There is a phone in the warden’s room. The warden handles all incoming and outgoing phone calls. Workers can make a phone call upon request, but may only make phone calls to their parents.
